A cultural Bridge between africa and the world
About us!
Swiss-Zim Heritage Gallery, located in Zimbabwe, is a prestigious art space that brings together the vibrant creativity of African artists with audiences around the globe. The gallery is renowned for promoting contemporary African art while celebrating the continent’s cultural heritage.
The theme of our exhibitions, starting from our inaugural event in Zimbabwe on 21 September 2024, is An African Story.
In Zimbabwe, we invited 20 artists to show their work, and the exhibition is also available virtually on Artgal.Online. Among the group of artists exhibiting around the world, we proudly introduce three of the most well-known African artists: Barry Lungu, Keith Zenda, and Tonderai Mujuru. These artists will further enhance An African Story as the exhibition travels globally.
Our upcoming exhibitions are scheduled for Dubai (end of November to mid-December), China (end of November to end of February), Cape Town (February), Zürich (May), and New York (June). Additional exhibitions may also be added. The tour will culminate with a new Vernissage in Harare in September 2025.
