Visits by Schools to our swiss-zim heritage gallery at Domobshava

Schools are frequently visiting the Swiss-Zim Heritage Gallery, where students engage with both established and young artists like Keith Zenda and Tonderai Mujuru. The gallery hosts 3-4 young artists learning their trade and how to make a living from painting. The guided tours provide insights into the entire creative process, offering students a hands-on look at how art is made and the time it takes to complete a piece. For the established artists, this is a rewarding way to give back to the community, contributing to a broader community effort. Students' visits are enhanced by a trip to nearby Domboshava, where they experience the beauty of nature and explore the ancient rock paintings in the caves. This unique combination of art, culture, and history inspires the next generation of artists and thinkers.
